- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and access
- Course access is granted to a single user for the specified access period.
- We may update course content to maintain relevance.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund if you have consumed less than 25% of a course. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share accounts, resell materials, or circumvent access controls.
- Do not upload harmful code or misuse communication features.
- Respect other learners; harassment is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All content, including text, templates, and designs, is the property of Marketivo Grove or its licensors. Licenses are limited, non-transferable, and revocable upon breach.
7. Disclaimers
We provide courses “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Third-party services
Some features may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
